This role requires regular travel to our various hubs in NSW/ACT, to oversee the development and execution of compliance and safety initiatives, including COR, health and safety, injury management, and training.

You'll also Ensure accurate processes, minimum standards, and effective reporting for the business, whilst driving compliance within state operations to meet enterprise KPIs Conduct internal state audits, develop action plans, and implement compliance and safety programs for positive operational change Audit safety events to achieve enterprise safety KPIs and provide necessary training and support Manage pallet processes to minimize financial losses with external suppliers Execute programs & strategies within approved budgets Support network in achieving operational and financial performance through continuous improvements Embrace our 'One Team' principle to foster a culture that aligns with prioritising customers, enterprise, safety, and wellbeing Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across levels and functions, contributing to business improvements Set team expectations, recognize contributions, and support career development Develop operational rhythms to achieve objectives and promptly address workplace changes and conflicts through collaborative consultation.
