At the helm of this new chapter is a customer-centric executive with a CX background who is looking for a Design Manager who can take the business on a journey to reshape both the business and the entire user experience throughout all parts of the customer lifecycle, covering both web and mobile platforms.

The list of job responsibilities is shaped by asking the following question:

HMW design a design-led international ecommerce company

  • Lead, grow and mentor a team of Product Designers
  • Introduce and advocate for uxresearch and design thinking practices
  • Take the Product Managers, engineers, business stakeholders (i.e. everyone) on the journey
  • Lead the Design evolution and embed design thinking practices in all parts of the delivery lifecycle
  • Sponsor the use of user research and testing through the development lifecycle as a way to validate ideas and deliver experiences that delight our customers Own and drive the development of a design system
