About the role:
The
APS5 Operations Officer is accountable under limited supervision to undertake moderately complex to complex work. Legislation, policies, procedures, standards, methodologies and precedents guide the position.
The position will be required to undertake administration activities and tasks using available information where options are not always evident.
It will be required to perform procedural, clerical, administrative and operational tasks that supports and contributes to the business's objectives.
Duties
- Coordinating and responding to general and complex enquiries from various stakeholders by analysing documents and data
- Drafting presentations for major public forums and internal teams
- Participating in project management work for the delivery of priority work and training programs for staff upskilling
- Undertaking administrative tasks related to the business's performance platform as the divisional point of contact.
