In addition, you will understand and commit to maintaining privacy and confidentiality whilst handling and processing sensitive information.You will possess the ability to process high work volumes and maintain a high degree of accuracy whilst demonstrating your well-developed people and relationship skills to effectively communicate within a team environment.
You will be able to demonstrate your ability to identify process improvements and communicate effectively across the organisation and within your team with a strong focus on customer service and optimising service delivery.
