Breast Imaging service in Caboolture, Northlakes & Chermside.

Key accountabilities include:

• Consistently delivering high levels of patient care and service to our private patients and breast screen clients
• Provide expert advice and guidance to the practice, doctors and referrers on Breast Imaging related matters.
• Develop, support and lead the Breast Imaging team including coordination and presentation of professional development and educational activities
• Evaluate, implement new and manage current practice technologies including equipment, software and ancillary Breast Imaging equipment
• Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and managers including hospital clinicians and teams
• Promoting and maintaining the highest quality and safety standards
• Demonstrating flexibility by working across modalities such as General and CT when required

Key selection criteria:

• Current CMPand US Breast certification are highly desirable
• Current relevant Radiography Radiation licence and professional registration
• Demonstrate a high level of expertise for Breast imaging examinations and proficiency of skill using advanced modality equipment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of health professionals and corporate staff
