These positions are exclusively for females:

These roles are both rewarding and challenging: We are seeking candidates who can support customers with complex health and physical needs, including active overnight shifts. Flexibility is key as you will be working on a 24/7 rotating roster. Previous experience is advantageous.

Key responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting customers in enhancing and preserving their independence.
  • Providing support with personal care tasks such as manual handling, hygiene needs, medication administration, and more.
  • Performing various household duties like meal preparation, cleaning, and accompanying customers on community outings.

Essential requirements:

  • A proven dedication to meeting the individual requirements of our diverse customers.
  • The ability to build positive relationships with customers, supporting their care plans and goals.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, afternoons, active nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Experience in assisting customers with intellectual disabilities, high physical support needs, and medical conditions.
  • A valid Australian Driver's Licence and the confidence to operate an accessible vehicle.
  • Hold or be willing to obtain a NSW Working With Children Check and NDIS Worker Check.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
