Description:

ELMO UAT is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analysing and defining business requirements to enhance operational processes and facilitate decision-making. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organisation while honing your analytical skills. **Key Responsibilities:**
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.
  • Analyse and document current business processes, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Evaluate data and provide insights to support informed decision-making.
  • Create detailed business requirement documents and use cases.
  • Participate in the design, development, and implementation of solutions.
  • Conduct thorough testing of new systems or enhancements to ensure functionality meets requirements.
  • Provide training and support to end users as needed.

**Requirements:**
  • A proven track record in business analysis within a similar industry or environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to elicit, analyse, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies, and information systems.
  • Proficiency in using various analysis tools and techniques.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

Skills and Experiences:
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
  • Demonstrated ability to gather and analyse complex data from multiple sources
  • Strong understanding of business processes and requirements gathering
  • Proficiency in using various business analysis tools and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Experience in documenting business requirements and creating functional specifications
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and principles
  • Relevant degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
