Manager, Delivery Support Team

This important role will be responsible for developing and implementing project and program management processes and procedures across the Victoria 2026 Commonwealth Games Organising Committee (OC).
This includes development and management of processes such as Project Scheduling, Milestones, Issue Management, Dependencies management and reporting.As the Manager of the Delivery Support Team, you will work with colleagues across the OC to build and maintain productive networks and relationships, develop a culture of high performance and delivery to ensure the Games are delivered on-time and on budget leading to broader community and economic outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 5+ years' experience in, program and project management with a proven track record of delivery success, advantageous if in multi-sport events or government-funded major infrastructure development.
- Experience and confidence using SmartSheet and MS Office Suite to drive issue resolution conversations an advantage.
- Confident in building and maintaining positive, productive, and mutually beneficial working relationships and leading teams based on mutual trust, respect and authenticity.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills with experience writing frameworks, plans, policies and reports.
