We are looking for a talented VMware Senior Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing subject matter expertise in VMware technologies and assisting clients in implementing and optimizing their virtualized infrastructure.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a VMware consultant or engineer
  • Strong knowledge of VMware vSphere, vCenter Server, and ESXi
  • Experience in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-level virtualization solutions
  • Expertise in VMware technologies such as vSAN, NSX, and vRealize Suite
  • Strong understanding of network and storage concepts in virtualized environments
  • Experience in troubleshooting and performance tuning of VMware infrastructure
  • Able to lead a technical workshop with a customer (solution overview, requirements gathering, deployment, knowledge transfer)
  • Able to present solution designs and decisions to both technical and non- technical forums ****
  • Able to elicit customer requirements; confirm and document decision decisions***
  • Excellent communications skills (written and oral)
  • Excellent documentation skills (e.g. Microsoft office suite or similar)
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
  • Relevant VMware certifications such as VCP, VCAP, or VCDX are highly desirable
