About the role:


BKI is seeking a
Teacher - Animal Studies Pet Grooming to join our Food & Fibre (F&F) team at Broadmeadows.

The key responsibility of this role is to deliver quality vocational education and training and conduct competency-based assessment for ACM30122 Certificate III in Animal Care Services (Pet Grooming) in a range of settings including classroom, workplace, and online environments.


We are excited about you because you have:

  • A Degree, Diploma or Certificate relevant to the academic level and industry experience relevant to the Animal Care and management Industry especially in Animal Grooming.
  • At least 5 years of industry experience
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or (TAE40110) including Design & Develop Assessment tools (TAEASS502 or TAEASS502A or TAEASS502B) and address Adult language, literacy and Numeracy (LLN) skills (TAELLN411 or TAELLN401A).
  • Relevant vocational qualification and/or competencies at least to the level to be delivered and assessed
