Our Opportunity

Fulton Hogan is seeking a Divisional Quarry Manager - Queensland.

Based at Stapylton and reporting to the Queensland General Manager, you will be responsible for the operation and commercial management of our quarry and recycling operations across Queensland.

Your Contribution

• Full profit and loss responsibility for the division
• Capital planning
• Oversee the daytoday operations of the division
• Development and implementation of strategic plans to grow the business
• Drive resource planning and optimisation
• Maintain key internal and external customer relationships and delivering quality objectives
• Lead contracts review and tendering
• Embrace and promote safe operations and 'zero harm'
• Maintain operational improvement initiatives

We are seeking an individual with strong Internal and external stakeholder management skills, together with:

• Effective communication skills, with a strong ability to lead and mentor
• Proven experience in strategic planning
• Solid understanding of financials including budgets and P&L
• Demonstrated ability to achieve results
• A minimum of five years' experience in senior management within the extractive industries
• Management experience within Quarry or Mining Operations
• Demonstrated understanding of WHS statutory legislation, and implementing business HSE policies and procedures
