The People and Wellbeing department are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic person to join our small Payroll team.


Reporting to the Senior Payroll Advisor, you will assist in the processing of the fortnightly pay including large volume timesheets and Masterfile changes.

You will also be required to interpret awards and Enterprise Agreements, and assist in system upgrades and testing from time-to-time.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent customer service skills, have the ability to work under pressure and meet time critical deadlines.


This position is best suited to someone with the ability to work in a fast paced environment who enjoys working within a payroll capacity.

Whilst the role is based in Kyneton, flexible and remote working options will be available to you.

Interviews will be conducted week commencing 27 March 2023.

Under the Victorian Government Pandemic Orders, it is mandatory for some worker groups to be up-to-date with their COVID-19 vaccinations and proof of this will be requested.
