Your Role:

As part of the Business Services Unit, you will be responsible for handling correspondence, information requests, and briefs to support the Tourism Division. Your role will contribute to the growth of Queensland's tourism industry while ensuring high-quality documentation for the Deputy Director-General and other senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing and ensuring the quality of divisional correspondence
  • Coordinate responses to Cabinet and Parliament requests
  • Prepare high-level tasks and requests for information
  • Handle corporate and business inquiries related to governance and risk
  • Monitor deadlines and stakeholder considerations
  • Build relationships within and outside the division
  • Improve executive correspondence processes
  • Support the Deputy Director-General as needed
  • Participate actively in the Business Services Team

If you are a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, this role is for you
