ROLE PURPOSE The Warehouse Officer is responsible for the accurate inventory recording and associated tasks, receiving, picking and dispatch of all goods.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Possesses the knowledge and skill to understand the SSOPP requirements of all roles within the warehouse as a whole Using required systems and tools, accurately process customer orders in a timely manner in line with Winc and the Customer's requirements Consults with Drivers and Transport companies to ensure customer delivery requirements are met Understands and applies principles of problem solving within the warehouse as a whole Plays an active responsible role in helping to exceed customer expectations Demonstrates a positive attitude towards Winc values Package orders appropriately to minimise waste, cartons, and damages as well as be accountable for Quality and Accuracy of tasks undertaken WHAT WE LOOK FOR Excellent team player Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities Ability to work independently and unsupervised to practices, processes and procedures Experience in a similar role WORKING WITH WINC We believe we're better and smarter together and our values reflect our commitment to creating a welcoming, diverse and inclusive environment.
