About the role:

We are seeking outstanding individuals for the role of Spa Therapist on a casual basis. Candidates should have a strong passion for the spa industry, providing high-quality treatments like facials, massages, and body treatments in a luxurious and peaceful setting.

Critical responsibilities:

• Provide consultation and skin analysis before treatments
• Offer a range of services including waxing, tinting, facials, manicures, pedicures, and spa rituals
• Recommend treatment plans for future appointments
• Perform massages and body treatments using various products
• Prepare workstations and treatment rooms
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout shifts
• Assess guest needs and any contraindications prior to service

Successful Candidates will have:

• Recent experience as a beauty/spa therapist
• Confidence in providing spa treatments like facials, massages, and body treatments
• Previous experience in a 5-star hotel setting (preferred)
• Beauty Therapy Diploma or Massage Certificate IV
• Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and establish genuine connections
• Reception experience in a similar setting is a plus
