The Role

We are looking for BCBA or CBA to join our team of experienced Therapists.

The GREAT NEWS is we have a team of CBA/BCBA professionals, allowing those who are working towards their certification to achieve this while working with us. (We do need you to be at least 70% through your supervision hours, but if you are well on your way, we can help you finalise)

If you are certified already That is ideal as our organisation and the opportunities are growing. You will be working with a team of BCBA/CBA practitioners, with the support of your own Therapy Assistants.

This mix of clinic, community, and school visits allows you to structure your week and provides flexibility.

The programs provided here are of the highest standard, providing hope and relief for families and children. We practice Progressive ABA and are 100 percent Neuro Affirming.

Professional development is ongoing, this is a reputable and HONEST organisation, truly committed to their families.

The clinic is based in Hawthorn The community work will be within your local area, no more than 30 minutes of travel.

Role Requirements

• Masters Degree in relevant field.
• BCBA/CBA or working toward certification.(at least 70% there)
• Hands-on experience delivering and supervising evidence-based/ABA programs for children with ASD.
• Experience supporting families.
