Our client has an opening for Wireless Field Supervisor in Sydney, Brisbane & Melbourne on a permanent basis.

The successful would ideally have previous Wireless / Mobile site experience in 4G or 5G builds as a Tech or Rigger.


Duties:

  • Oversee the delivery 5G sites from build start to completion and integration.
  • Manage teams of Tech's and Riggers
  • Understanding of BTS installation
  • Directly reported to the Construction manager, efficiently overseeing site management, contractor liaison, material ordering & delivery, scheduling of works in hand and completed, site integration management, safety & OHS procedure compliance
  • Review design and completion documentation and implemented final design plans and specifications
  • Develop and implement standards and procedures resulting in an overall improvement of services provided.

Experience:

  • Demonstrated major project experience, in a similar role, leading a team, managing budgets, costs, consultants and clients
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Project, Word and PowerPoint
  • Planning and Field management skills and a demonstrated ability to communicate across a broad spectrum
  • High level numerical analysis skills and the ability to provide clear conclusions and recommendations on complex deployment, management or contractual issues
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of legislative requirements
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of industry and competition
  • Ideally worked in a similar role for a large delivery partner
  • A background as a Telecommunications Rigger or Tech highly regarded
