Reporting to the Senior HR & Recruitment Advisor you will be responsible for delivering HR and Recruitment support to the company.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with workforce planning, talent management, and other HR matters.
  • Facilitating the onboarding, induction, and mobilisation of new employees to project sites.
  • Preparing and completing employment documents such as contracts of employment.
  • Reviewing and confirming qualifications/certificates.
  • Coordinating skills assessments, medical examinations, and drug and alcohol tests.
  • Drafting HR documents and ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Participating in HR team meetings and other relevant activities as required.
  • Managing project and HR documentation, including submission to clients when necessary.
  • Responding to employee queries.
  • Providing general day to day admin and HR support to the company.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing documentation, both electronic and hardcopy, including scanning, filing, and dispatching.

About you:

  • A team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience in the fire, medical and/or rescue industries is desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a tightknit team.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar HR/Recruitment role.
