In this key role, you will collaborate closely with Senior Relationship Managers across a diverse portfolio to ensure top-notch connections. Our Assistant Relationship Managers play a crucial role in facilitating high-quality deals – assisting with credit submissions, deal structuring, and financial analysis within an Agribusiness commercial portfolio. Your financial expertise will be utilized to identify potential risks associated with clients and their financial needs, conducting cash flow, risk, and financial statement analysis. Regular portfolio reviews will be conducted to uphold top-notch credit quality while maintaining strong relationships with our commercial clientele.

What qualifications do I need?

We are seeking ambitious accounting professionals eager to evolve into our future Relationship Bankers. Strong financial acumen is essential, ideally coming from an accounting background to apply these skills to intricate lending structures, credit, and risk analysis.
