In this role you will have the opportunity to execute the onboarding of clients onto Perpetual Digital's platform product suite including systems integration, overall performance, and client experience.

  • Capture and define technical requirements for new digital products from product, business and client stakeholders.
  • Lead the translation of business requirements into technical specification for product features and supporting data models and technologies.
  • Identify gaps in current product technology functionality and propose recommendations to address these including new concepts, features, reports or data sets.
  • Conduct technical investigative work to identify appropriate and practical solutions which meet the needs of the business, align to enterprise standards, and ensure that the team can deliver outcomes.
  • Ensure complex technical specifications communicate user requirements in technical terms for submission to development teams.
  • Interpret and translate analysis results into quality technical specifications and or user stories that are insightful, clear and succinct.
  • Analysis of technical platform, architecture and technology stack
  • Analysis of data, security, technology and the implementation of improvements.
  • Coordinate & communicate with key stakeholders.
  • Assist with technical client enquiries
To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills and experience could include:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering or an equivalent qualification
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience working as the technical BA role for a software development team
  • Solid Knowledge of Agile practices, patterns and technique
  • Strong ability in authoring technical documentation, business requirements, and user stories
  • Extensive experience with Data, BI & Analytics development (with a primary focus on Microsoft)
  • Strong SQL skills to both develop and execute queries
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure Stack (Analytics, Storage, Integration)
  • Experience with BI tools would be highly regarded
  • A strong understanding of the Microsoft technology stack (SQL Server, Integration Services, Analysis Services, Tabular, Reporting Services, etc.)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure effective relationships with stakeholders
  • Experience in presenting to senior levels
