The Role


We are looking for a junior community and social media manager to join the team in Ingleburn and help us build and execute our communications and social media strategy.

If you are studying or looking to get your start in the marketing and communications industry this role is perfect for you The goal of this role is to engage with our customers and be their go to contact for all things Twisted; as well as curating and managing our social media content.

As a member of our growing Aussie business, we are looking for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and is always looking to learn and improve the teams efficiencies and capabilities with your creative ideas.


Your duties will include:

  • Maintaining and coordinating our presence across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
  • Engage with customers on our social media channels, answering any questions and building our community relationships.
  • Responding to all customer enquiries and assisting them with any issues they have.
  • Implement our influencer marketing strategy via procuring, contacting and managing our influencer contacts.
  • Develop and publish a social media calendar monthly for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. This will involve the content ideation, creation, copywriting and scheduling.
  • Maintain our brand identity across all communication and content creation.
  • Pulling weekly sales and social media data into reports for the marketing team
  • Additional support to the marketing and sales team as required
  • Proficiency in Adobe creative suite, Canva and Microsoft Office
  • You have a passion for technology and social media, you're always on top of the latest trends and can be reactive to new developments and how we can implement them.
  • You're a great communicator and can speak to customers professionally and assist them with any enquires, while also maintaining our Twisted brand voice.
  • You have a drive to learn and willingness to grow with us.

  • 35 hours per week on a contract basis
