Your Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Events Coordinator to join our dynamic Marketing team on a maternity leave cover basis. Responsibilities include:

  • Planning and organizing internal and external events.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements for staff and guests.
  • Creating engaging content for social media related to events.
  • Researching and purchasing corporate gifts for clients.
  • Managing inventory of trade merchandise and giveaways.
  • Establishing relationships and securing corporate rates for events.

Your Qualifications

  • A passion for animals is essential.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing/Events or related field (or near completion).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Marketing and/or Events.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools like Adobe Illustrator or Canva.
  • Experience in creating social media content and innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to travel interstate as needed with a current NSW Driver's Licence.
