Rate : $ AUD +GST per day

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team for a 4-5 month contract role. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our innovative projects and drive business growth.

Please note: This role is open only to Australian residents and requires onsite presence at our office locations.

Responsibilities:

Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across various departments Conduct process mapping, data analysis, and identify opportunities for optimization Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, to translate business requirements into technical specifications Perform gap analysis and identify potential risks, issues, and dependencies Develop and maintain business process models, data models, and other relevant documentation Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather requirements and present findings Ensure alignment between business objectives and proposed solutions Support testing and implementation activities, including user acceptance testing

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies (BABOK, Agile, etc.) Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills Proficient in requirements gathering techniques and documentation tools Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience with data analysis and process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) Familiarity with project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile/Scrum) Retail domain knowledge or experience in a similar industry is highly desirable
