As a Cost Controller, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and analysing costs to ensure efficient financial management across the project.

Your focus will include:
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of cost reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Monitor and track project costs, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to identify costsaving opportunities
- Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy of cost data and identify discrepancies
- Assist in the development and implementation of cost control procedures and policies
- Prepare and present financial reports to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in cost control
What you will bring to the team:
- Tertiary qualifications in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
- Basic knowledge of ERP software (Oracle and/or SAP) and PRISM software
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in cost control or financial analysis is a distinct advantage
