Seaforth Gardens Aged Care Centre is a close-knit community of 61 residents and just as many staff.

The Centre is located in a quiet, leafy suburb with spacious outdoor areas and the Canning River as the backdrop.

We offer a peaceful permanent retreat to older Australians who can no longer live independently in their own homes.

The Centre is only a 5 minute drive to the local town centre, hospital and amenities. There is ample parking and the bus stop is right outside the Centre.

We are seeking a passionate domestic cleaner to join our friendly and dedicated team on a casual basis.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Delivers a high standard of cleanliness of the facility, residents' laundry & linen in accordance with the required standards.
  • Provides accurate and appropriate documentation as required.
  • Adhere to the principles of Continuous Improvement and ensure the Quality Management System is actively supported.
  • A customer focused approach is promoted and practiced.
  • Effective and appropriate communication and interpersonal skills are always used.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to personal and professional development.
  • Demonstrate an awareness of regulations pertinent to the position.

ABOUT YOU

  • An understanding, empathy, appreciation and the ability to promote the values and ethos of The Salvation Army.
  • Previous experience in an aged care setting or commercial cleaning is highly desirable
  • National NDIS Workers Screening Check
