Homeless Health Outreach Team are looking for a Team Leader to join their team. The Team Leader is accountable at an advanced practice level for leading and coordinating the Homeless Health Outreach Team (HHOT) within Logan MSAMHS to achieve best practice standards for clinical practice, patient centred care within a healthcare team and is responsible for the provision of effective and efficient human, material and financial resource management.

About the Role

  • Leading and managing multidisciplinary services (including services of a complex nature). Including the provision of operational advice to Logan MSAMHS.
  • Providing advanced clinical leadership and expertise in strategic, operational, and human resource management utilising a well-developed level of clinical knowledge, problem solving skills and experience of complex contemporary clinical practice standards to ensure optimal clinical outcomes for consumers.
