Experience


We are seeking a property lawyer with - 4 years relevant experience preferably gained in another mid to large sized law firm.

You will have a desire to build and develop your career in the area.

You will be a strong communicator and must be able to work well both autonomously and as a part of our close-knit team.

In addition, you will have strong drafting, research skills, attention to detail and client service. As well as solid communication skills both written and verbal.

The Role
This role provides an excellent opportunity to be exposed to all aspects of our property team.

Including commercial conveyancing, commercial and retail leasing, with clients ranging from property trusts, private property owners and national and regional landlords and tenants.

You will also have the opportunity to do some acquisition and disposal work and will be an integral part of a high performing and experienced team with extensive experience in Property Law.


The role will also advise developers across mixed use, residential and commercial developments as well as Greenfield subdivisions, private clients and body corporates.
