The Role:

  • Conduct cadastral surveys to establish and define property boundaries, easements, and land titles.
  • Perform fieldwork using advanced surveying equipment and technology.
  • Prepare accurate survey plans, documents, and reports in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with project teams and clients to address surveying requirements.
  • Interpret survey data, aerial photographs, and legal documents.
  • Stay updated on land surveying regulations and industry best practices.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines during survey operations.
  • Must be an Australian citizen, Permanent Resident, or a New Zealand citizen.
  • Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or a related field.
  • Licensed Cadastral Surveyor in Queensland.
  • Proven experience in cadastral surveying, including fieldwork and plan preparation.
  • Proficiency in surveying software and equipment (Total Stations, GPS, GIS).
  • Strong knowledge of Queensland land laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to precision.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Valid driver's license.
