Purpose of the role:

This role plays a crucial role in creating a nurturing and supportive environment within House.

The role holder is expected to ensure the holistic development of students, promoting their personal growth, and well-being throughout their time at the College.


Purpose of this role:

  • Developing a holistic knowledge and understanding of each student in House
  • Overseeing the wellbeing of students in House
  • Managing the behaviour of students in House as well as promoting Positive Behaviour for Learning
