About You


As the Team Assistant you will be supporting three of the Executive Leadership Team with a broad range of administrative and organisational tasks.

This role will suit anyone from a Legal, Financial or other Professional services background who is highly skilled in administrative support and/or has had experience as a Personal Assistant in a corporate environment.


Skills

  • Previous experience in secretarial, administration, or assistant roles, successfully managing multiple tasks and competing priorities at a Csuite level
  • Proactive diary management and scheduling, coordinating domestic and international travel, expense management and a variety of adhoc administrative tasks
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Skilled user in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others team members
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and respond to unexpected tasks as they arise
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Stakeholder engagement to ensure strong relationships are built and maintained both internally and externally
  • Coordination of reporting and systems by sourcing relevant information and engaging with other teams
