As an Assistant Store Manager, your role is to empower your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences at the Optus store. You play a central supportive role to the store manager, fostering a collaborative environment.

You have a clear understanding of your responsibilities and contribute to the efficient operation and success of the business while honing your organizational and leadership skills.

You support your team's growth by dedicating yourself to their development and providing guidance through your coaching and mentoring approach. You lead by example, cultivating a fun, motivational, and customer-centric atmosphere in the store.

The day to day
- Customer Focus by managing service expectations, interactions, and resolving issues within company guidelines, showcasing compassion, setting a personal example, and enhancing team skills
- Improving Performance by developing team objectives, taking ownership in the absence of the Store Manager, and being accountable for results
- Effective Leadership by exemplifying strong work ethics, aligning with Optus values, fostering personal and team development, and recognizing and celebrating achievements.
