Job Description

As the Principal Adviser of Independent Reviews, you'll be part of a dynamic team auditing recommendations from a workplace equality review. Your role involves conducting research, developing policy guidance, and supporting workplace reform.

  • Provide expert legal and policy advice for reviews.
  • Offer high-level guidance to the Project Lead and Leadership Team.
  • Utilize trauma-informed research approaches.
  • Supervise team members and ensure high-quality report delivery.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Equal Opportunity Act and related laws.
  • Experience in reviews, inquiries, or policy projects.
  • Previous supervisory experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent professional experience.
  • Barrister or Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria (or eligible).
