ABOUT THE ROLE


NAPA centre have been operating in Australia through our Sydney clinic since 2016, Melbourne 2021 and now Brisbane Whilst our Shailer Park clinic opening is snot opening until August 2023 we are are already putting together the ultimate team to bring NAPA to Queensland, and as such we would love to hear from you now We are looking for friendly and experienced administration professional to lead our admin team in our new paediatric therapy clinic.


The Administration Manager role manages our Brisbane clinic's administrative functions including scheduling of appointments, billing and taking payments as well as other general office duties.

The key objective is to provide experienced support to our therapy functions and to ensure accurate and timely information is being provided for all enquiries; in a friendly and professional manner.


Typical duties include:
Ensuring the Administration team are effectively greeting all customers & visitors to the clinic; creating a great first impression.
Administration of the therapists' appointment schedules through the online medical system.

Work in conjunction with the National Administration Manager and Brisbane Clinic Manager ensuring that proper balance exists between the intensive and weekly schedules.

Monitoring and reordering of office, cleaning and kitchen supplies.
outstanding levels of debt are managed proactively and minimised at all times. Take timely and appropriate actions to reconcile patient accounts and resolve/escalate outstanding issues.

Ensuring all records and files are kept accurate and up to date and that they are filed and handled in a professional manner, maintaining client and staff privacy.

Actioning rescheduled meetings and appointments, including necessary paperwork.
Ensuring the administration team are managing daily and intensive therapy appointments and these are checked in and invoiced.
Reconciliation of customer accounts and payments, including follow up and collection

A proactive person with a high level of administration and organisational skills

The ability to create a safe, professional, and supportive environment where clients, families and colleagues feel welcome, hopeful and empowered to succeed.

The ability to communicate confidently and effectively with all different types of people.
Superior time management skills and the ability to prioritise competing deadlines and lead a small administration team
Previous administration experience (medical reception desirable).
The ability to work independently unsupervised and as part of a team.
A Working With Children Check WWCC (or willingness to obtain)
A NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain)
