About The Role


As a Therapy Manager at Scope, you will play a pivotal role in driving the provision of high-quality therapy services to our clients.

This position is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dynamic professional to lead our therapy team, contribute to the enhancement of our clients and reform the landscape of disability.

This exciting NW and Focussed Therapy Manager role reports directly to the General Manager, Therapy Services. This is a full time permanent role with flexible work location and hybrid arrangements available.

As the North/West and Focussed Therapy Manager some of the work you would be involved in includes:

  • Operationally manage and provide professional accountability and support to the North West and Focussed Therapy teams.
  • Participate and report on operations for the NW and Focussed teams including financial, productivity and risk reports
  • Oversee the day to day operation of a multidisciplinary health professional NW and Focussed teams
  • Provide guidance and support and mentoring to the team
  • Actively participate and contribute to strategy meetings with the Therapy GM, Therapy managers and project management team
  • Contribute to and have responsibility for Therapy strategy, service delivery review, governance and risk management.
  • Support continuous improvement in the business performance of Scope's therapy services to achieve and maintain a differentiated market position and effectively contribute towards achievement of Scope's strategic plan

About You


You will be an experienced Health Professional, with a background in providing strong leadership and guidance to a large multidisciplinary team, where fostering a positive and collaborative work environment was a key value of yours.


You will oversee the quality of therapy services, ensuring best practice supports are being delivered, you will also have great critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills along with a contemporary management style.


To be considered for this role, you must provide the following:

  • Current Driver's License and your own vehicle
  • Satisfactory Working With Children's Check (Employee)
  • Registered with AHPRA or eligible for membership with a peak health professional body
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance
  • Proof of 3 COVID19 vaccinations in accordance with Scope policy
  • Valid Australian Working Rights and an International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one (1) year within the last ten years
