THE COMPANY

THE ROLE
Your role will be to support the development of the many education sites located across Melbourne. You will provide business support to enable franchisees to develop their centres.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Establish and maintain relationships with franchisees;
- Encourage and build a learning culture amongst franchisees;
- Make recommendations and influence franchisees in adopting strategies that contribute to growth;
- Ensure franchisees implement reports, newsletters, recruitment, and training;
- Implement marketing activities using relevant resources and materials; and
- Devise recruitment strategies for new students.
ABOUT YOU
This position will suit a person who is organised, passionate about learning, and enjoys working with people and building relationships.
You will be expected to travel several times each week to visit your local centres, so a driver's license and car are essential.
You will also have:
- Core strengths of proactivity, customer service, and relationship building are a must;
- Strong communication skills;
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team; and
