Administration Specialist

We are excited to seek interest from all Administration / Logistics Operations / Customer Service specialists who wish to explore an opportunity to join one of our country's largest Agribusiness producers and exporters.

With a resourceful nature, coupled with administration and logistics operations support experience, we hope to appoint someone who is ready for a fresh move into this company's dynamic Rocklea-based, distribution and manufacturing site.

Ultimately you are a multi-skilled allrounder, strong on Excel and familiar with ERP systems, as well as a professional with a positive and vibrant personality who is keen to work alongside and support multiple teams, all of whom are down to earth and looking for a like-minded member.

Your love for being organised, helpful, busy, and engaged will support your proven skills across general administration.

If you have at least 2 years of experience in logistics and customer service, it will be fully utilized and appreciated in this fast-paced, Agribusiness/manufacturing environment.

Key Competencies and Skills required:

• Previous 2+ years experience in Administration / Logistics & Operations support
• Knowledge of accounting procedures preferred
• At least 'intermediate' level Excel spreadsheet skills
• Enthusiastic, customercentric team player who is able to manage oneself independently but work cooperatively with a team
• Flexible and punctual with strong general administrative skills
• Strong and accurate written English communication with good attention to detail essential
• Ability to clearly analyse and interpret business requirements and instructions
• Reliability, passion and drive for best practice, continuous improvement across Quality & WHS
• Multitasking and handling multiple priorities, being able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
