The Role

Monday to Friday, this is an opportunity for a Senior Property Manager to join a growing and evolving business. This role will see you taking care of a tidy residential portfolio of 200 properties. With a Leasing Consultant and Accounts for support, your responsibilities will include:
  • Overseeing repairs & maintenance management
  • Conducting rental reviews & lease renewals
  • Coordinating ingoing and outgoing inspections
  • Handling escalated arrears management
  • Tribunal preparation & attendance
  • Coordinating the interviewing and placement of prospective tenants
  • Ensuring that high-quality services are consistently provided to owners and tenants in the management of their properties
  • Developing new business to build the property portfolio

The Requirements

The successful candidate lucky enough to secure this opportunity will have at least 3 years of experience in the Real Estate industry. A Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration is essential as well as a reliable car and a valid driver's license. You will be extremely well-spoken, well-presented, and have strong communication skills. A successful candidate will also:
  • Possess strong administration skills
  • Be organized with meticulous attention to detail
  • Harness the ability to provide a high level of service.
  • Have knowledge of the local property market
  • Possess excellent people skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others
