The Role


Reporting to the Head of Business Enablement, the Process Lead role is a newly created role to support the wider MLC Life Insurance business as we continue to innovate within our product portfolios.


You will be responsible for driving operational efficiency and optimising business processes to contribute to the overall success of the organisation.

To succeed in doing so, you will lead the design and implementation of innovative solutions and strategies to optimize and enhance service efficiency, empower operational staff to exceed expectations, and build lasting relationships with key stakeholders.

The key purpose of this role is to deliver results through continuous improvement and innovation.

About you
A seasoned process improvement champion, you possess a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar capacity.

You possess extensive experience in process modeling using BPMN 2.0 and process mining. As a SME, you are also a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or possess the equivalent certification.


With a strong track record in delivering process improvement or operational excellence outcomes, you are most energised when presented with the opportunity to investigate and solve a complex problem with a willingness to roll your sleeves up to "get it done".
