A bit about the role...

Working within a Workforce Australia contract; Disability Employment Services Program you will be focused on providing support to customers and employers to ensure sustainable employment opportunities.

A solid understanding of people-centered case management principles including barrier management is core to your continued success.

This position is full-time, fixed-term role until June 2025 with possibility of extension, based in our Palm Beach office. Working hours 8:30am-5pm Monday to Friday.

So, what does an everyday look like?

  • Provide mentoring and advise to customers and employers
  • Collecting and collating employment evidence
  • Case managing a caseload of customers that are at various stages of employment
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, both face to face and over the phone
  • Maintain progress reviews and identify next steps with customers to ensure successful employment.
  • Deliver effective and timely communication and postplacement care to both employers and customers.

  • Excellent customer and client interpersonal skills
  • Ability to obtain a Blue Card and National Police Check
  • If you're previous role is customer facing, customer service, sales, admin, employment services and community, and many more this would be a great fit
