At Nissan we aim to ease the life of our customers by providing value adding connected services for B2C & B2B, building a continues relationship between Nissan and our customers.

In the car via e.g. apps & updates - and remotely via e.g. mobile app, smart devices & B2B solutions.

Responsibilities;
In this role you own the regional Services from conception, development, launch and maintenance. You are accountable for the investment and service revenue management.

Establishes profit plan including market presence optimisation for all services.

Create and lead a forum for cross-functional collaboration, mediating and arbitrating conflicting functional priorities in order to maximise service profitability.

Escalate any serious disagreements.
Support the Nissan European Region in executing service deliverables with regards to utilisation, UX improvement and maintenance.
Balance trade-offs between customer experience and cost and act as the final decision maker on service decisions.
Ensure that service is aligned to CCS revenue strategies.
Be a liaison with Nissan Motor Limited, our Japanese mother company. Present and negotiate the Europe Regional business case for the service. Provide Europe Regional requirements.

Background and Experience:

University Degree in Business, Engineering or Computer Science.
Solid experience in Project Management.
Budget management experience
Comfortable in working with numbers, be logical and have analytical skills.
Be positive, collaborative and transparent when working in an international and highly cross functional & cross cultural environment.
Previous experience in Car Connected Services or IoT (Internet of Things) field is a plus.
