About the Role:

Due to continuous expansion, we are currently in search of a Shipping Coordinator to join our dynamic and friendly team. In this crucial position, you will provide essential support to all TTI brands and key internal and external stakeholders across the business.

• Manage multiple freight forwarders and stakeholders
• Support budget and management reporting needs
• Monitor and oversee all import shipments and deliveries
• Prioritize and manage scheduling of container deliveries to our Warehouses
• Liaise with Suppliers, Supply Planners, and Freight Forwarders
• Coordinate with Warehouses and Freight Forwarder for shipment deliveries
• Handle stock/supplier invoices and freight auditing
• Act as the main contact for stakeholder inquiries
• Maintain supply continuity to support purchasing plan
• Lead supply improvement processes

Requirements:

To excel in this dynamic and challenging role, an ideal candidate should possess a background in shipping, import/export, inventory, or supply chain operations along with the following skills:

• Strong analytical skills
• Effective stakeholder management
• Attention to detail
• Team player with excellent communication abilities
• Ability to meet deadlines and display initiative
• Previous experience using SAP (advantageous)
• Proficiency in Excel
