The Role

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an End User Computing (EUC) desktop engineer to provide a desktop support to customers based in Brisbane.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform requests for installation and relocation of End User Computing hardware such as desktops, laptops, terminals
  • Provide remote desktop services and higher level technical; and troubleshooting;
  • Perform hardware Asset tracking
  • Prioritise workload to assist seniors with P1 and P2 incidents, provide updates and manage tickets to resolution;
  • Provide a high level of technical/engineering support to customers in relation to all relevant EUC systems;
  • Act as an interface between the client and vendors regarding med\high level technical issues;
  • Provide guidelines for client training in the use and maintenance of EUC systems and facilities;
  • Use troubleshooting tools and techniques to diagnose and implement control actions as necessary to ensure availability including performance in terms of capacity, utilisation, and availability in accordance with relevant Service Level Agreements

Skills & Experience

We are now seeking people with recent experience in a desktop support or service desk environment or similar to join our team.

You will have a passion and experience with ICT and would like to be part of a team delivering service and support with a great customer service focus.

Your communication skills will allow you to interact positively with your fellow team members. You will also be self-motivated, with a positive attitude towards your work.

You must be an Australian Citizen with the ability to obtain a Baseline Security Clearance.
