We currently have an opportunity available within our Perth office for an Operations Assistant to join on a permanent basis.

As the Operations Assistant you will provide general office support including (but not limited to):

Printing, scanning, photocopying, collating and binding; Archiving and records management; Front of house and facilities support including meeting room setup for seminars and functions (moving furniture), and AV technical support; Courier & Mail services including collecting and sorting mail, and arranging outgoing local/interstate couriers; Maintaining office supplies including ordering stationery, ensuring resources are in working order; and Other general administration tasks including provision of support to internal clients of the firm as requested.

About You:

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate the following:

Strong sense of customer service with a "can do" and proactive approach Demonstrated computer literacy including Microsoft Suite with the ability to pickup new systems with ease Good organisational and time management skills Good communication skills Ability to work as part of a team
