Locum Dentist

Oral Health & Beyond Incorporates KIDS, Dental Care Xtra, Snoring Laser Care and Novogen are seeking a highly skilled Locum Dentist to join our team at our Mackay Practice.

This is a contract position for a period of 6 months, with the possibility of an extension.

Responsibilities:
Providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages.
Diagnosing and treating dental issues, such as cavities, gum disease, and tooth decay.
Performing routine check-ups and cleanings.
Developing treatment plans for patients and discussing these plans with them.
Educating patients on good oral hygiene practices.
Working collaboratively with our team of dental professionals to ensure the best outcomes for our patients.
Keeping accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Requirements:
Current registration with the Dental Board of Australia.
Current AHPRA registration as a Dental Practitioner.
Highly skilled in all areas of dentistry.
High level of patient care and empathy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team.
Knowledge of current dental technology and techniques.
