ABOUT THE ROLE

Have a passion for trucks & machinery? We are looking for a reliable, customer friendly and fast learning individual to join our Operations team at our branch in Belmore, 2192. Enjoy the flexibility of this casual position. This role would suit a candidate who is interested in and has basic knowledge of vehicles, trucks and machinery, or someone who has experience in a similar role or industry. In this hands-on role, your key responsibilities would include:

• Coordinate, monitor and record stock departures and deliveries to the site
• Control public access to our facilities
• Liaise with customers and tow truck drivers regarding the delivery and pickup of stock
• Ensure all relevant documentation relating to the movement of stock is correct
• Partner effectively with other departments in relation to incoming and outgoing stock movements
• Follow all WHS requirements and ensuring a safe environment for members of the public

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Proven customer service experience
• Clear communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Commitment to safety
• Sound computer skills
