At The Sporting Globe, immerse yourself in a lively and dynamic ambience reminiscent of a sports stadium. The venue features large screens strategically placed, ensuring guests catch every exciting moment of their beloved sporting events from comfy private booths and TVs broadcasting sports from around the globe, be it football, cricket, rugby, basketball, UFC, or any other sport.

The Ultimate Sports Bar Experience

  • Overseeing staff management, including training, scheduling, and on-duty supervision.
  • Managing the restaurant, bar, and functions throughout the venue.
  • Supervising the FOH operational aspects of the business.
  • Adhering to and auditing OH&S and Food Hygiene protocols.
  • Focusing on boosting sales and revenue while managing costs effectively.
  • Ensuring top-notch service and quality for exceptional guest experiences.
  • Fostering a positive work environment and setting an example as a senior leader.
  • Staying updated on market trends and utilizing promotional/marketing strategies for business growth.
  • Essential to this role is the strategic ability to drive revenue, manage operations, enhance customer service, and meet financial objectives.

The MVP We're Seeking

  • Minimum of 2 years of Hospitality Management experience.
  • Background in both Bar and Restaurant environments.
  • Experience in financial management within a business setting.
  • Ability to lead, train, and develop a team effectively.
  • Valid RSA is mandatory.
  • RSG, TAB Basics & Advanced are advantageous but not obligatory.
  • Preferred possession of a first aid certificate.
