THE OPPORTUNITY


Reporting to the Lead Product Implementation Coordinator, you will be required to work effectively and efficiently with the geographically dispersed Product Implementation Team, and members of other Teams within the Product and Quality and Student Experience Groups.

Proficiency in communicating, influencing and negotiating with staff at all levels is imperative to success in this role.


The responsibility for examining and analysing data to eliminate errors in the provisioning of new or updated teaching and learning resources to cohort groups in a Learning Management System will be a key focus of this role and will require the ability to manage competing priorities to achieve results and make decisions on complex and sensitive issues.


In order to maintain the highest quality of service delivery you will keep up to date on the current trends along with legislative, regulatory and organisational change.


ABOUT YOU
You are passionate about learning and problem-solving, have an eye for detail and can think outside the box. You have impeccable communication skills and refined decision-making to make complex and sensitive decisions.

Ideally you will have experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PPT & Teams) and Learning Management Systems.


You enjoy a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift daily: you will be proactive and can use your initiative to stay one step ahead.

You will be a quick-thinking, task-orientated, solutions-focused individual who will welcome challenges with a smile on their face and a positive attitude.

To succeed in this role you will have the following:

  • Relevant qualification and appropriate vocational and/or industrial experience.
  • TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
  • Working knowledge of contemporary course design and delivery options
  • Ability to address and meet focus capabilities as stated in the Position Description
