In Home Support Worker

We are a small, locally owned and locally run organisation, looking for new members to join our in home care team in the Claremont and surrounding area.

Successful applicants will be available to attend clients in their home Monday to Friday morning, shifts starting between 8am/8.30am.

Casual role, although permanent part time considered, approx hours a week.

We are happy to provide on the job support and mentorship for those new to this field.

In this role you will assist with:

  • Social Support
  • Personal Care
  • Domestic Assistance
  • Shopping, Meal Planning and Preparation
  • Medication Prompt and Support
  • Transportation services as required
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated experience working in a caring/ supportive role (desirable)
  • Demonstrated reliability and punctuality
  • Willingness to obtain required certificates if indicated e.g., manual handling and first aid
  • Access to own reliable transport

Job Type:
Casual

Salary:
$31.90 per hour
