About the Role

The role involves leading, managing, motivating, and developing a team to achieve successful business outcomes, ensuring timely responses to planning applications and compliance with statutory requirements. The candidate will represent the department at senior meetings, provide expert planning advice, and lead strategic business planning activities.

Qualifications and Experience

Mandatory

Tertiary qualification relevant to Statutory Planning and/or Traffic Engineering, and/or extensive relevant experience.

Desirable

Experience relevant to the accountabilities and capabilities of the role with a focus on growth area planning.
