The Digital Sales Team are looking for a Casual Digital Account Coordinator to cover a 6 week leave of absence.


Based in Eveleigh and reporting to the Digital Group Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Running all relevant 7Digital insights reports and updating sales collateral at the start of each new month.
  • Forecasting and inventory checking for all 7Digital proposals and bookings.
  • Monitoring Daily Sales Report
  • Booking and setup of all 7Digital campaigns
  • Managing & overseeing the campaign setup, management, and delivery of all planned and booked client activity.
  • Designing new templates and preparing proposals for the team to present in market
  • Preparation of sales and revenue reports using various systems
  • Ensuring all stakeholders are aligned to deliver and exceed expectations with a view to achieving repeat business.
  • Administration support

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Proven ability to work effectively in a busy, fast paced environment whilst demonstrating persistence and patience on a daily basis.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and commitment to accuracy on all communication and presentations
  • Selfmotivation and able to work efficiently to set priorities and accomplish tasks in a timely manner.
  • A passion for media, digital marketing and/or advertising
